Upon booking a place you will need to complete an Enrolment Form which will enable me to assess, in confidence, whether you may need to adapt the way you exercise.

If the dates of the beginner courses are not convenient to you, it would be possible for you to cover the beginners programme over two 1:1 private classes and then join a class of your choice.

  • * No allowance is made for classes booked but not taken, however we do offer the ability to move to an alternative class if you miss a session (subject to places being available) and for the busy half-terms at Christmas and summer a make-up class is provided free of charge.
  • ** All studio and private sessions booked as a block of 10 are to be taken within a six month period.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice to cancel PRIVATE or STUDIO classes. Any class not cancelled with 48 hours notice will be charged for in full.
